The cultural centre has not been used for years and is set in the historical settlement of Totness (West Surinam).

Phase 1 foresees the restoration of the existing wooden structure - a former school building - and turn it into a multi purpose event facility for the community.

In phase 2 a small public library and internet facility will be added.
